MRC
The MRC is our natural wrapper over-rolling machine. Due the machine is semi-automatic an operator needs to place the natural wrapper leaf on the wrapper die. The leaf is then sucked tight against the suction plate en smoothly cut out, whereafter it is wrapped around the bunch. Depending on the operator and size of the cigar the machine over-rolls around 18 CPM.
